You can get to your unit from 6am to 10pm, seven days a week, weekends and bank holidays included, letting yourself in with smart entry (hours can vary slightly by site). If you’ll need to come earlier or later than that, ask us before you book and we’ll see what we can arrange.
Access hours that fit around your day
The early start means you can pick up tools or stock before work, and 10pm leaves time to drop things back after a long day or an evening move. You don’t need our office to be open to visit your unit: smart entry lets you into the building and your unit whenever the site is open. It’s worth a quick look at your site’s page before an early or late visit.
Our team is in the office Monday to Saturday to help with bookings and questions. Office hours vary from site to site and are shown on each location page.
Need to come earlier or later?
Just ask us, ideally before you book. If we can agree extended access with you, the hours we agree are written onto your storage agreement, and there may be an extra charge. Asking at the start means everything’s in place from day one, rather than being sorted out on the night.
Running late on the day
Moves don’t always go to plan. If you’re still inside after 10pm, you can still get out: there are push-to-exit buttons near the main exits. Charges may apply for out-of-hours access, so if a late completion or a delayed van could push you past 10pm, give us a call beforehand and we’ll talk it through.
Bank holidays and Christmas
Bank holidays are ordinary access days, with the same hours as any other day at your site. What changes is how easily you can reach our team, so if you’re moving in over a long weekend, get your booking confirmed and smart entry set up before the holiday starts. Office hours can also change over Christmas and vary by site, so if you’re planning a festive visit, check with your site the week before.
