A price review is when a business looks again at what it charges, often at regular intervals or when costs or demand change, and decides whether to change its prices. For an ongoing service like storage, a review can affect new customers’ prices, existing customers’ prices, or both.
At Wigwam
Self storage is very local, so we review our prices regularly, site by site, based on demand. That’s why the online quote is always the best guide to today’s price for a new booking.
If we change the price you pay as an existing customer, we always tell you in writing first, by email or post. The new price only starts from your first payment date at least 28 days after we’ve told you, so you have time to decide. If you’d rather not carry on, you can end your storage without any charge before the change starts: just email us, and we’ll refund any days you’ve paid for but not used.
Price change or offer ending?
A higher payment isn’t always a price change. If you started with an introductory offer, your payments move to the standard price for your unit when the offer ends, as your quote and booking confirmation set out.
