Yes: our Burton, Bath, Chipping Norton and Dorking sites sell boxes and packaging in store during office hours. Wherever you store with us, you can also order everything you need from our online Box Shop and have it delivered straight to your door.
Buying in store
At those four sites you can pick up boxes and packing materials from the office while it’s open, which is handy for a last few boxes or a roll of tape on moving day. At Chipping Norton, reception is open Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 2pm, and you can buy a padlock there too, as units at that site are secured with one.
Office hours vary from site to site, so if you’re planning to buy on the day, give us a quick call first and we’ll check what’s in stock and when the office is open.
Ordering online
Wherever you store, and especially if you’d rather have boxes waiting at home, the Box Shop is the easy route. It sells:
- double-walled boxes in several sizes, singly or in packs;
- wardrobe boxes with a hanging rail;
- tape, bubble wrap and packing paper;
- covers for sofas, chairs and mattresses.
Prices change from time to time, so the shop always shows the current price.
A few tips
- Order in good time. Have your boxes arrive a few days before you start packing, so you’re not waiting on them.

- Packing for someone else? You can have boxes delivered to a parent’s or student’s address, so they’re there when you arrive to pack.
