The real figure depends on the size you need and the town you store in, so get a price online for today’s price at your nearest site.
Prices by size
These are the middle prices across our own sites’ price lists in October 2026. We bill every four weeks rather than by calendar month, so the monthly figure is what those payments come to over a year, divided by twelve.

Some sites also have units smaller than 25 sq ft, and lockers, which cost less. Not every size shows in the online quote, so call us if you can’t see the one you want.
Why your price may be lower or higher
Storage is priced town by town. In October 2026, a 25 sq ft unit ran from £44 to £188 every four weeks across our lists, and a 100 sq ft unit from £130 to £524. Where a site has more than one floor, a unit upstairs often costs less than the same size on the ground floor.
Our sites often run an introductory offer on your first weeks too. In October 2026, offers included 50% or 75% off the first eight weeks. Offers vary from site to site, and your quote shows the one for the unit you pick.
We review our prices regularly, often monthly on selected sizes, so treat these figures as a guide rather than a quote.
Four weeks, not a calendar month
Because you pay every four weeks, there are 13 payments a year rather than 12. To turn a four-weekly price into a monthly one, multiply it by 13 and divide by 12. That’s worth doing when you compare quotes, as a monthly price and a four-weekly price aren’t the same thing.
What you pay when you book
New customers pay no deposit. You pay your first four weeks in advance, plus contents cover if you take ours, and nothing is added at checkout. After that, payments are taken automatically every four weeks, and we email your invoice 5 to 7 days before each one. The minimum stay is two weeks, and when you leave we refund any days you’ve paid for but not used.
Your belongings need contents cover while they’re stored, either our contents protection or your own policy, so add that to your budget.
