On our price lists in October 2026, the middle price for a 50 sq ft unit, about right for the furniture from a one-bedroom flat, was £133 every four weeks. A 75 sq ft unit for a two-bedroom flat was £174, and a 100 sq ft unit for a furnished three-bedroom house was £228.

What you pay, and when
- Your first four weeks in advance, then every four weeks after that. Six months (26 weeks) is six and a half four-week payments, not six.
- No deposit for new customers. Your first payment is four weeks’ storage, plus contents cover if you take ours.
- Contents cover. Your furniture needs to be insured while it’s stored, through our contents protection or your own policy. It isn’t part of the unit price.
- Nothing added at checkout. The total in your quote is what you pay.
- Packing materials, if you don’t already have them, and a padlock only at Chipping Norton, where units use one.
Ways to pay less
- Pick the right size, not the safe size. Taking beds and tables apart, and stacking boxes high, can drop you a whole size. Our guide to storing furniture in a storage unit shows how.
- Ask about upper floors. At some sites, upper-floor units cost noticeably less than the same size on the ground floor. Not every upper floor has a lift, so tell us if you’re bringing heavy pieces and we’ll suggest the best fit.
- Use the introductory offer. Offers vary by site and change from time to time, and the quote shows the one running now.
- Finish when you’re ready. Give us notice by email, normally 14 days, and we’ll refund any unused days once the unit has been checked.
