Paying is easy: you pay by credit or debit card or by Direct Debit, and your storage is charged automatically every four weeks. We email you an invoice for every payment, so your records are always straightforward.
When you book
You pay your first four weeks’ storage in advance, plus contents protection if you choose ours. New customers don’t pay a security deposit. Your quote shows the full amount before you pay, so there are no surprises at checkout. Our prices page explains what storage costs. You can get a price online to see it now.
We take credit and debit cards and Direct Debit, but not cash or cheques. Paying by card or Direct Debit means you never need to come into the office to pay.
Your regular payments
Your billing cycle starts on the day your storage starts and repeats every 28 days. If you’ve set up a card payment or a Direct Debit, it’s taken on the due date and you don’t need to do anything.
If you’d rather not set up automatic payments, that’s fine too. We’ll get in touch on the due date and can send you a secure link to pay by card. Once you’ve paid through the link, you can save your card so future payments are taken for you.
Your invoices
We email you an invoice for each payment, setting out the full details of the charge. Please keep your email address up to date with us so it always reaches you. If you need a copy of an earlier invoice, or details for your business records, just ask.
Updating your card or bank details
Got a new card, or moving to a new bank? Call us on 0800 2545585 or email hello@wigwamstorage.co.uk before your next payment date and we’ll help you update it.
If a payment ever doesn’t go through, for example because a card has expired, we’ll contact you with instructions on how to update it. There’s more on that in what happens if I miss a payment.
