Yes, absolutely. You can reserve a unit online or by calling us, and reserving costs £10, which comes off your first payment when you move in.
Why reserve?
Reserving suits you if you’ve found the right unit but aren’t ready to complete the booking yet. Perhaps your moving date isn’t fixed, your ID isn’t to hand, or you’d like to ask us something first. Reserving lets you settle the storage side of your plans now and finish the details with us when you’re ready.
How to reserve online
- Go to our locations, or straight to get a price.
- Choose your site and get a price.
- Enter your details and choose the size you need.
- Click reserve.
That’s it. A member of our team will then be in touch, during office hours, to take things from there. Our offices are open Monday to Saturday, with hours that vary by site.
How to reserve by phone or email
If you’d rather talk it through, call us on 0800 2545585 or email hello@wigwamstorage.co.uk. It’s a good route if you’re not sure which size you need, as our team are experts at helping you work out the space you need, and we can reserve the right unit on the same call.
What it costs
Reserving costs £10. It isn’t an extra charge on top of your storage: it’s taken off your first payment when you move in.
When you do move in, you pay your first four weeks’ storage in advance, plus contents cover if you choose ours rather than your own insurance. New customers pay no security deposit. After that, payments are taken every four weeks, and we email your invoice 5 to 7 days before each one, so you always know what’s coming.
Ready to go straight ahead?
If you already have your ID and your date, you can book online in a few steps instead. Our guide to booking your unit tells you what to have ready.
If your plans are still taking shape, reserve your unit and we’ll be in touch. Get a price online, or call us on 0800 2545585.
