Do you offer discounts for students, the Armed Forces or charities?

Everyone who stores with us gets the same fair deal: introductory offers at our sites, a two-week minimum stay, and notice that’s normally just 14 days, with any unused days refunded. Student offers vary by site and we often run seasonal promotions, so whether you’re a student, in the Armed Forces or booking for a charity, it’s always worth asking what’s available on 0800 2545585 before you book.

What everyone gets

An introductory offer. In October 2026, offers at our sites included 50% or 75% off the first eight weeks. Offers vary by site, and some cover selected unit sizes only, so your quote shows exactly what applies to the unit you want.

Short, flexible terms. The minimum stay is two weeks. When you’re ready to leave, email us your end date; notice is normally 14 days, and once the unit is empty and checked, we refund any days you’ve paid for but not used. No long contract to buy your way out of.

No deposit and no set-up fee. New customers pay their first four weeks in advance, plus contents cover if they choose ours, and the quote shows every amount.

If you’re a student

Student offers are set site by site. In September 2026, for example, our Lincoln site listed an extra student discount on its smallest 16 sq ft unit, on top of its introductory offer. Ask us what’s running at the site near you. If a parent is paying, they can book the unit and share access with you through smart entry. Our student storage page shows the small units most students use.

If you’re in the Armed Forces or a forces family

Postings and deployments can change at short notice, and our terms suit that. Two weeks is the shortest stay, so a short gap between homes is covered without a long commitment, and 14 days’ notice means storage can end soon after the posting does. You can share access through smart entry with a partner or family member, for a set period or indefinitely, so someone at home can reach the unit while you’re away. (At Chipping Norton, which uses padlocks, you share access by giving them your key and access code.) If a posting means leaving service accommodation, our answer on moving out of service accommodation covers where your things can go meanwhile.

If you’re a charity or community group

A two-week minimum lets a committee try a unit before committing, and a quote gives you a known price to budget against. Volunteers can be given their own access through smart entry, for a set period or for as long as you choose. Contents cover is needed for everything stored, so budget for it alongside the storage.
