The same size costs less in some towns and more in others. In October 2026, a 50 sq ft unit ran from £82 to £304 every four weeks across our lists. At some sites, an upstairs unit costs less than the same size on the ground floor, so it’s worth asking.
What an offer does over a year
Our sites often run an introductory offer on your first weeks. In October 2026, offers included 50% or 75% off the first eight weeks. Over a year, that’s a saving at the start rather than a lower price all year. For a 100 sq ft unit at the middle price, 50% off the first eight weeks would bring the year from £2,964 to £2,736. Offers vary by site, and your quote shows the one for the unit you pick.
We also often run seasonal promotions and discounts for longer stays, so if you know you’ll need a full year, call us before you book and ask what’s available at your site.
Will the price stay the same all year?
We review our prices regularly, so treat these figures as a guide. If we ever change the price for your unit, we tell you in writing first, and the new price only starts from a payment date at least 28 days later. If you’d rather not carry on at the new price, you can leave without charge before it applies.
Budgeting for the year
- Thirteen payments, not twelve. Over a year, a four-weekly price is paid once more than a monthly one, so multiply by 13 rather than 12.
- No deposit for new customers. You pay your first four weeks in advance, and we email your invoice 5 to 7 days before every payment after that.
- Contents cover. Your belongings need cover for the whole year, either our contents protection or your own policy.
- Leave when you’re ready. Notice is normally 14 days, and we refund any days you’ve paid for but not used.
