Why vague “flexible” claims don’t answer this

What It Actually Costs to Book, the Terms Plainly
We’re not currently taking deposits, 14 days’ notice is required to end the booking, and unused paid days are refunded after the notice period ends.

If a friend’s dropping something off for you
Office hours vary from site to site (Bath’s are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm, Saturday 9am to 3pm, as one example). Only someone authorised on the booking can be present, and we can’t receive items on your behalf.
Can You Still Get to Your Things If Plans Change?
Access runs seven days a week, 6am to 10pm, times may vary slightly by location. Check holiday opening with your site before you plan a visit.

A plan change, staying local, or an early return doesn’t mean waiting until term restarts. The same monitored security applies throughout. That flexibility matters more for a holiday booking than a term-length one, plans over a 2-4 week break shift more often, an unplanned trip back for a friend’s birthday, a placement interview, a forgotten textbook, and the terms shouldn’t fight against that.
