Yes. Wigwam Self Storage and Wigwam Storage Management are two names for one registered company: Wigwam Storage Management Limited, company number 11913942. Wigwam Self Storage is the name you see as a storage customer, and Wigwam Storage Management is the name for our work with landowners and investors.
Two names, one company
We use two names because we do two kinds of work:
- Wigwam Self Storage (sometimes shortened to Wigwam Storage) is our storage business, for households and businesses who need space.
- Wigwam Storage Management is how we work with landowners, investors and agents to develop, manage and run storage sites. That work now has its own storage management section on this site, and the old wigwamstoragemanagement.com addresses lead to the matching pages here.
Both are the same company. Our website footer, our privacy notice and the Information Commissioner’s public register all name Wigwam Storage Management Limited, and our privacy notice describes it as “trading as Wigwam Storage”.
Our company details
For a supplier record, a lasting power of attorney or your own files:
- Registered name: Wigwam Storage Management Limited
- Company number: 11913942
- Registered office: Banbury Road, Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, OX7 5TE
There’s no separate company called Wigwam Self Storage, because it’s a trading name. So when a form asks for a legal name, use Wigwam Storage Management Limited.
Until July 2023 the company was called Wigwam Storage Limited, so older paperwork may show that name. It’s the same company, with the same number, and you can check it on the Companies House register.
If you’re not sure a message is from us
If you ever receive an email, text or letter in our name and you’re not sure about it, call us on 0800 2545585, using the number on this site rather than one in the message, and we’ll check it for you.
Landowners and investors
If you have land or a building that could become a storage site, head to our storage management section, where our FAQ explains how management agreements work. If you’re looking to invest, see our storage management page for investors. Either way, you can get in touch through the storage management contact page.
