Really impressed with the customer service at Wigwam Storage Bath. They were very responsive when I called for a quote, and it was great to actually speak to a real person and get my questions answered. The sign-up process was quick and easy, and I had my unit ready the very next day.
Access to the site is straightforward too - they sent clear instructions and everything is managed through their app, which is really easy to use.
One issue at the moment (hence 4 stars not 5) is that the lift to the second floor is out of order, so accessing my unit currently means using the stairs, which aren’t very big. This makes moving items in and out more difficult than it should be. Hopefully this gets fixed soon, as otherwise the experience has been great.

Got a small lock up for short term use - getting set up was quick and easy. Introductory offer is also great.

The sales team were great in giving me a tour of the different storage options available and then providing me with quotes. Everything after that point was super easy to get set up and get moved in.
The app is also really easy and user friendly with no issues so far and the premises as a whole feels really secure.

i'm really happy with the service their provided for me from choosing the right size unit to finally moving my stuff. they are incredibly affordable compare with other companies. the customer service is fantastic, even though there wasn't any person to talk to, they are always available to help out through calls. im really happy with the overall service. 👍
