From the 1st moment I contacted Wigwam I was impressed with their customer services and facilities! I arrived at their premises without an appointment and was guided through the facility remotely without a hitch. The storage units are clean, secure and value for money. The team were very helpful throughout and Claudia rang me when agreed and was extremely sweet and helpful My circumstances have changed for the moment so I didn't need to go ahead but I wanted to leave a review as I was so impressed. I had need of storage space at short notice. Wigwam came up in a search as local to me with good reviews. Let me say the reviews are well deserved. They have all different storage unit sizes which you can easily select online.
I've never used self storage before so it was all new to me but Wigwam have made it so intuitive and simple to use. You download the app which gives you easy Bluetooth access to the entire building. I've only used the facility out of office hours and it was all so easy. There are flat bed trolleys, a pump truck and a sack truck to make moving your items hassle free. Safe, secure storage, easy to use, accessible until 10pm and reasonable prices. Top marks all round.

It was a last minute thing to get some storage but a quick phone call to Wig wam and really within minute's and a few I.D bits required from myself I was all set up and panick over, I would definitely recommend, and one of the main things I liked they answered the phone very quickly and you spoke to a real person, that means a lot. I needed to organise a storage unit on a pretty quick turn around- thankfully having had one at the Alton site before they were able to do so.
Lenny called as soon as I emailed and was extremely helpful on making this process quick and easy so i could get into the unit the next day.
there was an issue with the app when i went to use the unit but i emailed Lenny and he rang back within 5 mins and managed to resolve the issue very quickly.

Really straightforward process, very friendly and helpful team at the Bath branch. Location is very convenient with easy access for parking and unloading. A very useful lift to assist with access to the storage units and trolleys provided as well. Brilliant introductory offer currently of 50% off for first 12 weeks also available.

Decent website, helpful and rapid responses to queries. Took the time to do a guided tour via phone to help me determine the appropriate unit size. Fast and efficient onboarding and the facility is clean and looks reasonably secure. Other than that, it's a storage space that you can store things in. Reasonable costs. App does the job for opening the doors and stuff. V.Happy so far.

Yes the staff at. Wigwam Self Storage were excellent help as from beginning and to the end of downloading their App to my mobile phone.Also on our first arrival at the self storage unit helped us right to our container. No problem was too much for them to sort on the spot.

I can't fault Wigwam from the point of signing up to moving in, everything was smooth and hassle free. The security app for admission to the site is intuitive, and so user friendly. I have one of the smaller units at just 25 square feet, but it's surprising how much you can get in with ease. I've since got a lot more in freeing up space at home for things I only occasionally need.

We found ourselves in a fix when my mums purchase failed to complete on a Friday so could not move in a van full of her belongings, so needed a storage unit at zero notice large enough to fit a Luton van of contents. Wigwam were so understanding and helpful and arranged for the unit to be available so quickly - a real godsend! As we only needed it for a week they explained how to only pay for 2 weeks rather than the normal month- so much cheaper that keeping the hire van van for a further week - thank you!

So, self-storage in a city like Bath is like giving candy to a kid, everyone wants/needs it. But to have such a slick operation as Wigwam, and two amazing managers on site is incredible.

Everyone I spoke to before leasing my unit was incredibly friendly. I had a tour of the site via phone so I knew what to do and expect.
I was very impressed everything is via the app and that side of things is very responsive and I have had no issues so far.

Holly was an absolute star, we were panicking as we were in the middle of our house moving and needed a quick storage area. Less then an hour after our first call we were already putting boxes to our Storage.

The telephone staff are very friendly and efficient, helped me when I set the alarm off (oops), they provide very good service both prior to renting a unit and during the rental period. They helped me decide on the right size unit by letting me access to view the various sizes and shapes.
They talked me through the entering and exiting the facility. Jess was outstanding dealing with all the paperwork quickly and me being forgetful and dim.

Great facility! Easy to access, good instructions. The outstanding service was from the team at the head office, they were incredibly responsive, helpful and personable. You made a stressful situation SO much better, thank you. Still using the storage but know that the company is super flexible if I need to shorten or make it longer.
My one suggestion is to extend the timers on the doors when entering the storage unit as sometimes it enough time to unload big deliveries onto a trolley and get back to the unit building before the doors close!
All in all, AMAZING company! Couldn’t recommend more :)

I enquired about a unit a few weeks ago and was helped by a lovely young lady called Selina. She showed me the units and gave me all the info I needed and followed up on email to make sure I had all the info. I also had some dealings with Sasha and she was equally as helpful. I ended up not needing the unit but their amazing service couldnt go unrecognised. Wigwam are lucky to have such a dedicated professional employees. They were a pleasure to deal with and behave in a way that you'd think they owned the business. Thanks Selina and Sasha for restoring my faith in customer service.

Kasey was really helpful and explained in detail how to gain access using the app which works very well. The storage unit is a perfect size for my items and the cost is very competitive. I’ve had a great experience with Wigwam Storage in Bath. The whole place is spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Salina has been amazing — always friendly, approachable, and happy to help whenever needed. I feel completely secure leaving my things here thanks to the excellent security system. The app and access system make it really easy to get in and out whenever I need to, and the prices are very reasonable compared to other options in the area.

I had a really positive experience moving in at Wigwam. Staff there (Selina in particular) kept me posted regularly and provided good transparent information about costs and unit availability. On my removal date, the staff showed the movers to the unit and everything went entirely smoothly. Wigwam is not a cheap option but the level of service is excellent - they also have a cool app to access the unit.

Very happy with Wigwam storage. Entry is easy via the app and there is easy access to all the units and a large lift to the upper floors. There are trolleys available to transport your stuff to/from your car if you have large or heavy items. The staff have been really helpful and respond quickly to queries. Would definitely recommend.

Wigwam storage units in Lincoln are fantastic. From the first contact to ask about the storage to now 5 months later it has been exceptional. The price is very good. I am happy that my items are safe.
The units are easy to access, they are spacious and clean. I have a lot of camping equipment plus all my Xmas decorations (I have a lot) in the winter we will also be storing our hot tub. We also have lots of stuff that was the children’s when they were growing up. It has given us the spare room back at the house.

Excellent new storage facility in Alton. Clean and well organised. All opened up using an app so no staff on site so it’s very quiet. I cannot praise the office staff highly enough. I made an error of judgment when I chose the size of unit I thought I required. After nearly filling the original unit I realised my mistake and within half an hour I was allocated a bigger unit down the hall which made relocating to it much easier. As it was also a Friday night when I realised my error they allowed me to have the two units until the next day to give me time to swap over. The staff were so helpful and made a stressful day much easier than it could have been.

App worked smoothly - site is clean and modern, unit was sensibly designed and easy to get to. Only tiny complaint is our unit was about as far away from the front door as it can be (albeit without having to use the lift) but I guess someone has to be :-) The roller doors on the 100 sq ft unit we have were beautifully balanced such that you'll want to be careful you don't use too much force when opening and closing them. The trolleys might take a little bit of time to get used to the rear-wheel steering particularly when heavy loaded but if you're used to somewhere like B&Q you'll be fine.
For full disclosure, we've only just rented the unit and filled it up, but the experience so far has been great. Response times to emails and helpfulness of staff has been excellent.

Everything ran smoothly, the unit was perfect for my requirements, the staff were incredibly helpful....and then when I left, my deposit still has not been returned 3 weeks later. There is no excuse for the return of deposits to take this long and I am advised it can take up to 4 weeks. That is why this not a 5 star review

I rang the number and spoke to an extremely helpful employee who offered me immediate, remote access to the building and let me see inside two different sized units.
After that, the set up was extremely quick!
I applied in the morning and was able to drop stuff off the same day. Everything is activated by an app on your phone but staff can be contacted by phone if needed.
On my second visit (after lots of rain) I did notice a pool of water not far from my unit. I rang up and by next day it had been sorted. No recurrence.
I am really happy with the unit and the excellent service.

I needed local storage so my friend recommended this place ! I went along to look round I just can not believe how much space they can offer you all dry clean well lit and importantly safe!! They think of everything there trolleys lifts and electric tail

Well taken by surprise just how good this experience was. The app for access works perfectly every thing is like new and excellent condition. When you enter the storage main door there’s all types of trolleys pallet trucks etc to help you get to your unit.

First time using a storage unit and was bit apprehensive but the staff at Wigwam storage are so friendly and helpful that they made everything very easy. The storage unit was easy to find and the app easy to use and any problems there was always someone on the other end of the phone to help. The unit was clean and tidy and it was nice to have music in the background. Would definitely recommend.

Whoa, where do I start from, the guys there deserve more than a 5-star, pleasant, patient, good listeners, etc. Having used other storage this is the 1st I've experienced where the guys are happy to get involved with your stuff. The app allows you to have access which for me was way better than the traditional locks. I got there needing a big size but the guys advised that I get my stuff in 1st to see the best size (they were rather concerned about what suits my needs rather than the money) Luke and Kacey you guys are rock starts. Please keep this up. I'll recommend StoreAway Self Storage any day anytime.

All the staff were very responsive and didn't mind answering several email questions before the start of the contract. The app that allows access was super easy to use and the facilities are clean and in excellent condition. Rolling carts made move-in and move-out of our items so much easier.

What a fantastic setup! All members of staff are incredibly professional with a friendly manner and provide a brilliant service.The storage unit is ultra secure, but easy to navigate once set up. We were very impressed with everything from initial enquiry through to the end of our contract.

Wigwam have generously donated a unit to The Basement Project for our food bank. It is very high tech and access is managed through an app which is simple to use. Jos and the team have been really supportive and are easy to contact if we have any questions.

I cannot recommend StoreAway enough for all your storage needs. The customer service I have received has just been fantastic. Luke is so helpful, friendly and professional. As are all the other staff I have met. Nothing is too much trouble. Not only is it conveniently located in the centre of town it’s so easy to access as you have an app on your phone so no faff with padlocks etc. Extremely competitive prices. Let down by an online delivered van hire hours before we needed it (Nationwide) - had a ring round and discovered Wigwam also did van rental and they were closer to us. They were so helpful - quick, efficient and professional and did what they said. They saved our home move in the cold and snow. Couldn't have been happier with service - and patience even after we rang back and said - are you sure it will be there tomorrow when we arrive? . Would highly recommend.

Our 40ft international container 'off loaded' with no problems. Wigwam helped with a storage unit they knew would be the correct size! We had the unit for 6 months as we slowly moved things to our new home. I always felt safe, Wigwam is very clean and well lit. Most importantly EVERYONE at Wigwam were very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. They were even able to downsize my unit to save me money as I made progress. I would use them again for certain. My unit was upstairs and the huge easy to use goods lift made it super quick to access the units upstairs. I took out insurance which was flexible depending on my progress. The picture is of my smaller unit at the end once empty.

Very efficient and friendly service for great storage spaces at a competitive price. Guided through carefully at the start to make sure we got the right sized space for our needs and for our budget. Really supported through the "moving in" process & beyond. Would definitely recommend to friends and family needing storage but also extremely professional set up for small or independent business needs.
